The Northern Kentucky Council of the Blind was organized on March 19, 2005, and has been serving blind and visually impaired people in northern Kentucky since that time. NKCB was chartered as an affiliate of the Kentucky Council of the Blind at the 32nd annual KCB convention in November, 2005.
